  1. In the forest Taro could not ever remember seeing or hearing a rushing stream hence he ran in the direction of the stream.
  2. Taro’s father showed his happiness by doing a little dance in the middle of the floor after drinking sake. 
  3. The waterfall gave Taro sake and others water because while others being greedy, Taro was a thoughtful son who obeyed his parents.
  4. Taro tricked the villagers and hence they wanted to drown him. 
  5. The emperor rewarded Taro as he honoured and obeyed his parents.
